Come faccio ad estrarre un determinato contenuto da una cartella presenta su un nastro scritto con TAR?
nella fatti specie devo estrare dal nastro la cartella home/ con tutte le sue sotto cartelle come posso fare?

Se il nastro è stato fatto in modo standard basta
Codice:
cd cartella_dove_vuoi_scompattare tar xf /dev/st0 home/ NB: se vuoi la modalità verbosa aggiungi v -> xvf e non è detto che il device della tua unità nastro sia /dev/st0 (ad esempio /dev/nst0 ecc..). Per dettagli man tar Ciao
