If you are looking for an overclocked G92, we can confirm that around 15th, Nvidia plans to unleash more of these cards that should overclock even higher.

The story is quite simple. Flextronics will kick in with its card production and we all know that this is the factory that makes the best graphic cards in the world. What do you think who makes all Geforce 8800GTX and Ultra's and even the Radeon HD 2900XT cards, the answer is simple, Flextronics.

Therefore, the next batch of cards will come from Flextronics but it will be mixed with the cards that comes from Foxconn and PC partner and it will be almost impossible to recognize which one you are getting. Rabbit in the box, of course.

If you go for 670 to 700MHz overclocked cards, you should not care that much as if one dies Nvidia will get you a new one. It is not as if you have many options, better get the one that is available.

in pratica le gts saranno tutte fatte con le Flextronics (oltre alle gt super oc)

Dove compro di solito le cose c'è scritto che è compatibile con la DX10.1... gli manderò una mail per farli presente che non è così.

al massimo cambio il bundle, ma le schede sono tutte le stesse!!!!

io ovviamente prima ho fatto un paio di chiamate prima e dopo aver fatto l'ordine per avere almeno la conferma che parta oggi...in caso appena mi arriva vi faccio sapere ram che monta, come mi sono trovato col negozio e quanto tira in oc...cmq se pagate con paypal state attenti che vi fann oaggiungere le spese relative a paypal(in questo caso ca 7e qls) altrimenti potete optare per contrassegno ma sono 8€ in più...l unica per non pagare di più è il bonifico ma in quel caso bisognerebbe attendere 4-5 gg lavorativi...

Two chip, probably G92+s

Nvidia told a few holy souls that its new high end card is getting ready for Q1 2008 launch. Nvidia knows it is late for Xmas but it didn't had much options as the new high end was simply not ready for Q4 2007.

The whole new high end codenamed D8E – Enthusiast will have two chips on two PCB's with two huge power connectors. Most of you remember the 7950 GX2 so this will be a similar card. We still have to confirm if the chips on this cards are two G92's but we heavily suspect that Nvidia can enable the eight cluster of this 65nanometre chip and make the current 8800GT chip even faster. If Nvidia does that 8800GT chip will become 8800GTS 512MB, just with a touch of a flash tool.

After all the G92 has more transistors than the G80 which means it has at least the same brute power, faster Shaders and a new Video processors and we are sure that it has eight clusters just as many as G80 has.

Two of these chips should run very fast and we reckon that such a card should be able to beat R680, ATI’s high end scheduled for the same timeframe.

Nvidia also plans a new single chip high end card for mid 2008 codenamed G100 or D9E.

Perchè da quell'articolo non si capisce se è una cosa che ha fatto solo amd, progettata ad hoc per le sue vga, se è una naturale evoluzione come lo è stata quella da 9.0 a 9.0C. Spero che si parli di dx10.1 in questi termini.

le dx10.1 sono un'evoluzione delle dx10 che in futuro verranno sfruttate anche da nVidia... questo è quello che so io!
Non sono fatte da AMD solo per migliorare le sue schede...

A questo punto la nuova GTS 512 b dovrebbe essere il top di gamma su singola scheda fino a metà 2008.....
Sono più fiducioso in G100 che nella soluzione multi GPU : credo si dovrebbe puntare più sul multicore...

Considerando lo strapotere economico di nvidia mi pare un ipotesi alquanto lontana .
