scusa quell'xfree 430 è fatto solo x ximian o è normale? ovvero posso metterlo al posto del mio attuale (credo) 4.2.1 con kde?
come si vede la versione di xserver? |

quei pacchetti ancora non li ho provati, perchè a casa ho solo un 56k...
 Presumibilmente funzionano anche se non installi ximian desktop, a meno che non debbano pescare qualche pacchetto per le dipendenze. Se chi ha fatto i pacchetti ha fatto un bel lavoro, non dovrebbe succedere. Per aggiornare xfree da quello di woody al 4.3 io semplicemente metto il repository dov'e' il 4.3 e poi faccio apt-get update e apt-get dist-upgrade. deb http://debian.fabbione.net/debian-ipv6 sid ipv6 deb-src http://debian.fabbione.net/debian-ipv6 sid ipv6 li usano in molti per unstable. In generale non è bene fare mischioni fra sid,sarge e woody
