Ha senso una 8800GT su un Athlon X2 4400+?
Ciao a tutti. Mi rivolgo a voi per questa informazione.
Sto per prendere una Nvidia GF 8800 GT 512 Mb da montare su un AMD Athlon X2 4400+ (2.2 Ghz) con 2 Gb Ram PC 3200 Twinmos (DDR 400 Mhz). Dopo aver guardato tutti i test effettuati con Intel di fascia alta (E6850 o E6750) mi chiedo se valga la pena montare questa scheda su un pc ormai non più tanto nuovo. Rispetto ai frame toccati con le cpu e la ram dei pc da test secondo voi perderei molto con la mia configurazione? Oppure riuscirei a giocare bene anche con una cpu non più molto spinta e con una ram a 400mhz? Premetto che gioco al massimo a risoluzioni di 1280x1024. Grazie anticipatamente.

Beh passando da una X1600Pro ad una 8800GT sicuramente noterai una bella spinta nel 3D.. con una cpu più potente ovviamente la sfrutteresti maggiormente, ma imho potrebbe essere un buon acquisto, sopratutto se non giochi a risoluzioni altissime.

non star lì a guardare la cpu....ad esempio io sono cpu-limited ma la 8800gt tarella
 lo stesso!!!
