Quale assistenza migliore?
Per vostra opinione ed esperienza qual'è la marca con l'assistenza migliore sia come tempi che come servizio offerto?
Grazie a che vorra' darmi una mano per capirlo dato che ritengo questo uno dei punti + importanti per scegliere un portatile, a parita' o quas di prestazioni Ciaozzzz enrico

Dell è sicuramente l'assistenza più rinomata...ma se la fanno pagare.
Comunque se puoi spendere un po' di più ne vale la pena, io ho avuto un Dell 9300 fino a ieri  e pensa che l'ho mandato in assistenza perché la tastiera aveva un tasto difettoso e loro mi hanno cambiato lo schermo LCD perché ci hanno trovato un bad pixel...
