Install Win Xp Pro con Sp2 incluso - CD originale Microsoft OEM

Premetto 3 cose:
- Il cd è originale, come da oggetto, WindowsXp Prof. OEM con SP2 (versione 2002)
- l'OS una volta installato, anche se male, viene attivato sul sito microsoft senza problemi.
- avevo già installato Win Xp da questo cd su questa macchina e non mi aveva dato nessun problema.

Ora, dopo aver cambiato sch madre e video, ecco che esce fuori questa cosa strana, quasi a fine installazione e poco prima del riavvio per il primo caricamento dell' OS:
Mi chiede di inserire il cd 2 di Windows Xp (!!??!!), cd non in mio possesso e del quale non conoscevo nemmeno l'esistenza. Il file richiesto è mcdftreg.inf/mcdftreg.in_ e il percorso in cui lo cerca è (lettera dell'unità dvd)I:\cmpnents\mediactr\I386
Non ho trovato informazioni in rete riguardo questo file e niente ovviamente sul cd di Win Xp

Clickando su annulla l'installazione è poi continuata l'installazione senza problemi, ha finito le ultime operazioni, s'è riavviato ed è partito correttamente il primo avvio di Windows. Ho quindi potuto installare correttamente tutti gli aggiornamenti di Win (attivazione dell'OS compresa) e tutto l'hardware.

Il problema è che la parte che non è riuscito ad installare è tutta quella riguardante la multimedialità dell'OS, ossia:

- non ho l'icona di internet explorer da nessuna parte e nemmeno posso farlo partire da start, esegui, iexplore, va nelle opzioni di internet explorer (uguale a clickare col tasto dx sull'icona di explorer ed entrando in proprietà). Il browser lo posso aprire solo da start e clickando su windows update, indi cambio l'indirizzo e navigo....
- non è installato, nè ho la possibilità di farlo, Mediaplayer! non me lo fa installare nemmeno da windows update: lo scarica, ma dà poi subito errore, non appena inizializza l'installazione.
- In "Installazione applicazioni", "componenti di windows", internet explorer non è selezionato e, provando a installarlo, esce fuori quest'errore:

------ Aggiornamento -------

Nonostante l'errore mi ha inserito le icone di Explorer nella barra di avvio veloce e su start ed ora parte anche da start, esegui, digitando iexplore.

Ora provo anche con media player, ma comunque avrò sempre qualche problema... cerco soluzioni per eliminarlo definitivamente e qualsiasi fonte di informazioni a proposito, c'è nessuno che mi possa aiutare?

Allora, media player funziona (la versione 9, compresa nel cd di win xp), ma non c'è modo di aggiornarlo da win update

a me è saltato in faccia "mediactr".
la versione di XP media center è l'unica ad avere 2 cd, e deriva dalla Pro.

ora, non grido al miracolo o ad altro, ma dovresti provare con un altro cd, per me si è destabilizzato il supporto.
prova a digitare, nel menù start->esegui

sfc /scannow
inserendo il cd quando richiesto.

Si, ho scoperto che questa versione ha un 2° cd... mai avuto! poco da fare, mi sono scaricato dalla rete il cd 2, l'ho scompattato su D: ed ho reinstallato l'OS; mi ha preso quei files ed ora il sistema va meglio, ma ancora qualcosa che manca c'è e non capisco perchè... Tra poco vi aggiornerò col nuovo problema, nel frattempo ho lanciato sfc /scannow e direi che "tutti i file protetti di windows sono intatti e nella versione originale", visto che non ha dato nessun messaggio e visto che sto usando un cd originale, come già detto.

Allora, ho prima scompattato tutti i file di quel "cd2" in una cartella in D, formattato e alla reinstallazione, quando mi ha richiesto il cd2, ho puntato al contenuto della I386, è andato ed ha installato una serie di file, ma poi me ne ha richiesti altri che non erano contenuti nè sul cd1, nè sul 2...

7 files in tutto mancanti, i seguenti:
ehiEPG.dll
ehiTuner.dll
ehCIRcl.dll
snchk.exe
ehiepg.ldo
ehituner.ldo
gacutil.exe

a fine installazione, prima del riavvio x la prima esecuzione di win, mi dà questo messaggio che dovrebbe essere il risultato della mancata installazione di quei files (messaggio che non aveva dato le volte scorse):
"Errore di registrazione"
Errore durante la registrazione di Windows Media Center. Per ulteriori informazioni vedere c:\Windows\medctroc.log

P.s.
tutti i 7 file che non ha trovato durante l'installazione ho scoperto che comunque mi sono stati copiati in c:\windows\ehome , tranne gacutil.exe che è in ..\microsoft.net\framework\v1.0.3705
A questo punto mi chiedo se reinstallando riuscirò a farglieli vedere su c: e se a quel punto andrà tutto bene.

ho bisogno di 6 di quei 7 file:
ehiepg.dll
ehituner.dll
ehcircl.dll
snchk.exe
ehiepg.ldo
ehituner.ldo

dovrebbero esser tutti in Windows\ehome , chi mi fa la cortesia di condividermeli?

ho fatto anche un check del cd1 originale con sfc /scannow in start, esegui, e non ha riscontrato problemi, eppure una cosa strana l'ha fatta:
nella prima installazione che avevo fatto, come vi avevo detto, mi aveva copiato in windows\ehome tutti i 6 files che mi servivano, file poi spariti da D dove li avevo copiati all'installazione successiva (installandoli li avrà cancellati?!?! bah...)
beh, in tutte le installazioni successive non me li ha più copiati.... (?!?) e comunque quei file non sono presenti nel cd2.

Chi mi aiuta pls?

Non so che dire.....
Ho trovato tutti i files, installati tutti, mi dà comunque sempre l'errore durante la registrazione dei componenti di Media Center ed ho la solita periferica sconosciuta (disabilitata), ma non sembro avere problemi di alcun tipo, il sistema è completamente aggiornato.

I componenti aggiuntivi di win si aggiungono e rimuovono senza errori e nulla c'è nel visualizzatore eventi; c'è di strano che c'è installato winmediaplayer 9 che semra funzionare perfettamente, ma non mi dà l'aggiornamento all' 11.

Per il resto.... funzionerà tutto?!

premendo ctrl+alt+canc mi va direttamente in task manager..... è normale con uno degli ultimi aggiornamenti o cosa?

In pratica tutto media center non mi funziona, ho addirittura problemi con il registratore di suoni... ma è possibile che non gli vada bene il cd2 della stessa versione, anche se non dello stesso "set" di cd?!? come posso fare?! io il cd 1 originale ce l'ho, non c'è modo piuttosto di farmi mandare da Microsoft una nuova copia completa di entrambi i cd evitando però il costo del SO completo?

Possibile che non ci sia nessuno che abbia un'idea per darmi una mano?

grazie della risposta, ma non è quello il discorso purtroppo, il fatto è che i due cd (cd1 originale - cd2 scaricato) anche se della stessa versione, non son compatibili, in quanto non facenti parte dello stesso set di cd...

Speravo sinceramente di avere almeno un aiuto, un'idea da parte di qualcuno del forum, ma probabilmente non son capitato su quello giusto...

Comunque, per i regolari possessori di sw microsoft originale, è possibile farsi inviare una copia nuova del SO alla modica cifra di 20 euro, passando per questa pagina:

sono arrivato tardi, comunque penso proprio sia legato al fatto di aver cambiato scheda madre e che la copia oem fosse legata al bios del produttore della scheda.

a me il link funziona tutt'ora, qui invece c'è il link principale:

da lì bisogna andare a metà pagina e clickare su "EMEA, Middle East, and Africa" e quindi completare i vari campi.
N.B. il COA number non è il codice di attivazione classico (quello che si inserisce nella procedura telefonica di attivazione, per intendersi, ma quell'altro numero "sicurezza" presente sulla targhetta attaccata sul case.

P.s.
Il mio caso non faceva parte del problema di BIOS ed OEM spiegato qui http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...Activation.doc infatti il mio SO è perfettamente attivato.

Il file richiesto è mcdftreg.inf/mcdftreg.in_ e il percorso in cui lo cerca è (lettera dell'unità dvd)I:\cmpnents\mediactr\I386 Non ho trovato informazioni in rete riguardo questo file e niente ovviamente sul cd di Win Xp Clickando su annulla l'installazione è poi continuata l'installazione senza problemi, ha finito le ultime operazioni, s'è riavviato ed è partito correttamente il primo avvio di Windows. Ho quindi potuto installare correttamente tutti gli aggiornamenti di Win (attivazione dell'OS compresa) e tutto l'hardware. Il problema è che la parte che non è riuscito ad installare è tutta quella riguardante la multimedialità dell'OS, ossia: - non ho l'icona di internet explorer da nessuna parte e nemmeno posso farlo partire da start, esegui, iexplore, va nelle opzioni di internet explorer (uguale a clickare col tasto dx sull'icona di explorer ed entrando in proprietà). Blascogeno Messaggi: n/a	grazie della risposta, ma non è quello il discorso purtroppo, il fatto è che i due cd (cd1 originale - cd2 scaricato) anche se della stessa versione, non son compatibili, in quanto non facenti parte dello stesso set di cd... Speravo sinceramente di avere almeno un aiuto, un'idea da parte di qualcuno del forum, ma probabilmente non son capitato su quello giusto... Comunque, per i regolari possessori di sw microsoft originale, è possibile farsi inviare una copia nuova del SO alla modica cifra di 20 euro, passando per questa pagina: https://om.one.microsoft.com/opa/Val...&LocaleCode=it Speravo qualcuno potesse indicarmi una cosa del genere, ma ho dovuto trovare tutto da solo. Blascogeno Messaggi: n/a	------ Aggiornamento ------- Nonostante l'errore mi ha inserito le icone di Explorer nella barra di avvio veloce e su start ed ora parte anche da start, esegui, digitando iexplore. Ora provo anche con media player, ma comunque avrò sempre qualche problema... cerco soluzioni per eliminarlo definitivamente e qualsiasi fonte di informazioni a proposito, c'è nessuno che mi possa aiutare?

Blascogeno Messaggi: n/a	Allora, media player funziona (la versione 9, compresa nel cd di win xp), ma non c'è modo di aggiornarlo da win update Codice errore: 0xC00D2B00 Provare a eseguire nuovamente l'installazione o fare riferimento a una delle seguenti risorse per ottenere supporto. nessuno che sappia dare qualche aiuto per favore?!?!?!

Blascogeno Messaggi: n/a	Allora, ho prima scompattato tutti i file di quel "cd2" in una cartella in D, formattato e alla reinstallazione, quando mi ha richiesto il cd2, ho puntato al contenuto della I386, è andato ed ha installato una serie di file, ma poi me ne ha richiesti altri che non erano contenuti nè sul cd1, nè sul 2... 7 files in tutto mancanti, i seguenti: ehiEPG.dll ehiTuner.dll ehCIRcl.dll snchk.exe ehiepg.ldo ehituner.ldo gacutil.exe a fine installazione, prima del riavvio x la prima esecuzione di win, mi dà questo messaggio che dovrebbe essere il risultato della mancata installazione di quei files (messaggio che non aveva dato le volte scorse): "Errore di registrazione" Errore durante la registrazione di Windows Media Center. Per ulteriori informazioni vedere c:\Windows\medctroc.log P.s. tutti i 7 file che non ha trovato durante l'installazione ho scoperto che comunque mi sono stati copiati in c:\windows\ehome , tranne gacutil.exe che è in ..\microsoft.net\framework\v1.0.3705 A questo punto mi chiedo se reinstallando riuscirò a farglieli vedere su c: e se a quel punto andrà tutto bene. Nel prossimo post il contenuto di medctroc.log

Blascogeno Messaggi: n/a	Ragazzi, help please! ho bisogno di 6 di quei 7 file: ehiepg.dll ehituner.dll ehcircl.dll snchk.exe ehiepg.ldo ehituner.ldo dovrebbero esser tutti in Windows\ehome , chi mi fa la cortesia di condividermeli? ho fatto anche un check del cd1 originale con sfc /scannow in start, esegui, e non ha riscontrato problemi, eppure una cosa strana l'ha fatta: nella prima installazione che avevo fatto, come vi avevo detto, mi aveva copiato in windows\ehome tutti i 6 files che mi servivano, file poi spariti da D dove li avevo copiati all'installazione successiva (installandoli li avrà cancellati?!?! bah...) beh, in tutte le installazioni successive non me li ha più copiati.... (?!?) e comunque quei file non sono presenti nel cd2. Chi mi aiuta pls?

Ho trovato tutti i files, installati tutti, mi dà comunque sempre l'errore durante la registrazione dei componenti di Media Center ed ho la solita periferica sconosciuta (disabilitata), ma non sembro avere problemi di alcun tipo, il sistema è completamente aggiornato. I componenti aggiuntivi di win si aggiungono e rimuovono senza errori e nulla c'è nel visualizzatore eventi; c'è di strano che c'è installato winmediaplayer 9 che semra funzionare perfettamente, ma non mi dà l'aggiornamento all' 11. Per il resto.... funzionerà tutto?! ---- Add ---- premendo ctrl+alt+canc mi va direttamente in task manager..... è normale con uno degli ultimi aggiornamenti o cosa?

Blascogeno Messaggi: n/a	In pratica tutto media center non mi funziona, ho addirittura problemi con il registratore di suoni... ma è possibile che non gli vada bene il cd2 della stessa versione, anche se non dello stesso "set" di cd?!? come posso fare?! io il cd 1 originale ce l'ho, non c'è modo piuttosto di farmi mandare da Microsoft una nuova copia completa di entrambi i cd evitando però il costo del SO completo? Possibile che non ci sia nessuno che abbia un'idea per darmi una mano? Grazie

Blascogeno Messaggi: n/a	vabbeh, io ero venuto per avere info....... comunque: a me il link funziona tutt'ora, qui invece c'è il link principale: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/326246 da lì bisogna andare a metà pagina e clickare su "EMEA, Middle East, and Africa" e quindi completare i vari campi. N.B. il COA number non è il codice di attivazione classico (quello che si inserisce nella procedura telefonica di attivazione, per intendersi, ma quell'altro numero "sicurezza" presente sulla targhetta attaccata sul case. P.s. Il mio caso non faceva parte del problema di BIOS ed OEM spiegato qui http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...Activation.doc infatti il mio SO è perfettamente attivato.
