iMac si accende di notte
Ola,

After my first guess, I'm a little bit scared to post my next "solution" here, 'cause the last time my iMac woke up the next night But now it is sleeping three nights in a row, so I think I have found the reason for this problem. It's a little file in <Macintosh HD>/library/preferences/systemconfig ending with "wakeup.plist". If you haven't set any wakeup settings, this file is nearly empty, but it's there. Trash it, reboot, and never touch the energy saver settings for automatic wake up again, because if you activate it and deactivate it again, the file is still there, and it seems that Leopard is misinterpreting the empty entries in the file. Oh, there's one more thing If you use EyeTV, I think EyeTV also uses this file to wake up or start up the computer to record what you have programmed, so if you trash the file, EyeTV will create it again, so you will run into the same problem again. proverò, sperem |
