per avere un pc molto veloce

attualmente possiedo una scheda madre asus p5k pro che supporta sino a 8gb di ddr2 a 1066.
io monto attualmente un processore intel core 2 quad q6600 con 2x1gb ddr2 800.
che update mi suggerite per migliorare parecchio la velocita del mio pc a livello di photoshop ed editing video?

memorie di massa più veloci (SSD, raid..), forse un po' più di ram e tanto sano overclock.
