Leron ricordami la versione del kernel che stai usando, sei hai il dvd in secondary master si linux si trasformerebbe in /dev/hdc
di hdc nel tuo output di dmesg non compare niente, potrebbe essere che stia usando l'emulazione scsi. stai usando lilo o grub?....postami anche il file di configurazione del bootloader. tnx

XF86Config-4 c'è una sezione dove ci sono le varie risoluzioni, tu devi aggiungere come prima risoluzione quella che ti aggrada di +, gnome tenterà di far partire il desktop con quella risoluzione per prima, se non ce la fa prova la seconda. Sul mio pc senza drivers non saliva di frequenza il monitor, e adesso devo ancora vedere epr farlo andare a 100Hz, ma dovrebbe esserci una impostazione sempre in quel file. |
