Foresight linux: impressioni?

Voglio rendere visibile (io l'ho vista quasi per sbaglio) questa distro; il sito è www.foresightlinux.com.

La distribuzione (creata ex-novo, almeno da quel che ho capito) integra tutte le più recenti tecnologie gnome, come beagle (motore di ricerca desktop), f-spot (pre gestire le foto), e howl (un programma per sfruttare zeroconf), ilI tutto ben integrato da loro.
Il gestore dei pacchetti, conary, sembra essere rivoluzionare e interessante; qui al descrizione

It replaces traditional package management solutions (such as RPM and dpkg) with one designed to enable loose collaboration across the Internet.
It enables sets of distributed and loosely connected repositories to define the components which are installed on a Linux system.

e dovrebbe anche permettere (l'ho letto da qualche parte) di scaricare solo il diff tra i pacchetti binari (es se hai installato openoffice 2, per installare openoffice 2.0.1 non devi riscaricarti tutto ma solo la differenza, finalmente)

Non l'ho ancora provata (non ho cd normali o riscrivibili sottomano per il momento, ma prometto di provarla a breve); nessuno l'ha provata?

sul mirror c'è un disk 1 di 635 MB ed un disc2 di 305 MB. Servono tutti e due o sono due versioni diverse ?
Inoltre c'è un boot.iso da 4.9 MB ed un diskboot.img da 6 mega. Visto che non si possono mettere su floppy, a cosa servono ?

Avete trovato documentazione in merito ?

boot.iso server per fare una netinstall, l'altro penso sia qualcosa del genere, ma magari da mettere su zip o penna usb.

Ho provato tutte le 3 distro con gestore. conary.(rpath, foresight, specifix)
Il sistema è acerbissimo, dire che qualcosa funziona è troppo....forse forsight è proprio la piu valida ma qui il problema è sia nel funzionamento di conary che nella carenza di pacchetti.
