problema gravissimo

raga ho notato che mettendo sotto sforzo la cpu tipo con glxgears la frequenza del procio man mano sale fino ad arrivare a 2000mhz.
sta 3-4 minuti e il pc si spegne come se andasse in protezione il procio.
il fatto strano è che in windows giocando per esempio ad half life 2 non mi è mai capitato sto problema di surriscaldamento.
aiutatemi come risolo sto problema''???

se ci riuscissi
ho problemi con quello

ho fatto prove impostando la max frequenza a 1600mhz e avviando glxgears va tranquillo.
allora che mi dici???
