Patente europea sul software
Molti siti si stanno oscurando per protestare contro le patenti europee sul software ( www.ffii.org ), c'è un motivo particolare percui hw nn lo fa?

sarebbe meglio usare "brevetti", dal francese "brevet", sebbene per rispetto dei puristi debba ammettere che l'inglese patent venga dal latino "litterae patentes" che venivano emesse dalla repubblica di venezia.
