Problema netinstall Sarge3.1 e mappatura tastiera/localizzazione

Ho provato varie volte ad installare con la netinstall della Sarge 3.1 ed anche con l'immagine della nuova Etch (le iso giornaliere) ma dopo aver riavviato il sistema mi cambia la mappatura della tastiera.
Con le precedenti sarge testing non avevo mai avuto questo problema.

Questo è quanto riporta la parte finale del messages in /var/log/debian-installer/ :
