installazione WindowsVista nel secondo HDD

ciao ragazzi, ho bisogno di voi per installare Vista sul secondo HD sata maxtor 250gb.. Premetto che sul primo hd da 320gb ho installato xp, quindi due HD con 2 S.O. XP(installato) e Vista(da installare). Il problema Praticamente consiste in questo, nn appeno riavvio il pc per far partire il cd di vista mi compare questa schermata... la quale nn mi consente di iniziare l'installazione! Che faccio...?

Nonostante l'HD2(dove vorrei installare vista) sia collegato alla porta sata2 nn capisco perchè non lo trovo in risorse del computer, ma lo vedo solo su gestione periferiche... é normale?
Invece per quanto riguarda l'installazione del secondo SO, per evitare brutte sorprese volevo staccare l'HD1, nn vorrei fare danno! posso farlo...?
