AIUTO AVI to DVD (NTSC 16:9 VBR)

Spero sappiate aiutarmi perchè non ne posso più: ho seguito la guida fatta da Mark-77 ( http://gimazo.altervista.org/Terza%2...20in%20DVD.htm )per convertire un file AVI in DVD però ho "qualche problemino".

Il fatto è che il mio filmato in avi è un telefilm americano, e quindi è in formato NTSC:
il frame video è 23,976
il formato video è 16:9 (la risoluzione è 608*336)
la traccia audio è in mp3 VBR
la tv sul quale voglio vedere il dvd è una tv 16:9

Ho seguito la guida alla lettera tranne che in 2 passaggi:
quando stavo usando FitCd ho spuntato "Anamorphic" nella sezione Destination;
in QuEnc, nelle "advanced options" invece di selezionare 4:3 ho selezionato 16:9

Fatto sta che il file .m2v che ottengo dura 15 minuti invece dei 39,40 originali!!!

Perchè???

Quando poi provo a fare l'authoring del dvd chiaramente mi da errore.

E' una cosa stranissima ma non riesco a capire perchè faccia così......

PS: in più se cerco di fare delle prove tagliando un minuto di telefilm (perchè se no ogni volta che devo usare QuEnc ci vuole 1 ora), mi succede un'altro imprevisto:
apro Virtual Dub MOD, schiaccio "video>direct stream copy", seleziono il frame d'inizio e quello di fine, schiaccio "file>save as..." e salvo.
Fin qui tutto bene ottengo i miei 2 minuti di filmato.
Se però provo a separare l'audio a questo pezzetto di filmato, succede che il video dura il giusto (2 minuti) mentre l'audio dura una 30 di secondi in meno!!!

Cavolo, ci sto perdendo la testa: non riesco proprio a capire dove sbaglio!!!

Andiamo con ordine:

Se è in ntsc e vuoi convertire il video in pal devi aprire il file avs creato da fitcd con notepad e aggiungere alla fine:
converttoyuy2()
convertFPS(25)
converttoyv12

Per il resto, sei sicuro d'aver cliccato su no quando VirtualDubMod 1.5.10.1 ti chiede di modificare l'indice del file audio?
Potrebbe trattarsi di un problema del file... hai controllato che sia ok?
Fai fare un controllo a virtualdubmod: Video --> scan video stream for error --> scan
Quando lo carichi in virtualdubmod non è che ti da qualche errore sull'indice?

ciao, senti ho scoperto che il problema di cui parlavo (video e audio che duravano meno del dovuto), è inesistente: nel senso che in realtà durano il giusto e vanno alla giusta velocità. Il problema è che (non so perchè) quando apro il video .m2v o il file audio .mp3 estratto, i contatori del tempo nei vari player (wmp, winamp, bsplayer) vanno in "tilt" e segnano tempi sbagliati.
Beh, poco male.

Il punto fondamentale è che però mi da sempre lo stesso errore quando provo a fare l'authoring con DvdAuthorGui:

Che faccio?
Prova ad usare un'altro programma per l'authoring?
Provo a convertire il filmato in PAL (perchè in realtà a me andrebbe bene tenerlo in NTSC visto che la mia tv è compatibile anche con quel formato)?
