Scan online: sono affidabili davvero?

Fino ad oggi mi son trovato benissimo con gli scan online di bitdefender e ewido, che mi hanno aiutato a eliminare sul nascere spesso virus di vario genere

Ora però mi viene un dubbio sullo scan dei singoli files. Ho fatto fare un controllo ad un exe che ho scaricato, una semplice patch...

Vi riporto due scan effettuati rispettivamente con Jotti.org e con Virus total

Semrerebbe infetto, ma non capisco perchè non viene riconosciuto da certi famosi antivirus... Inoltre ho notato un'anomalia.
Ho evidenziato apposta in neretto Fortinet per mostrate come in uno scan mi dice "sospetto" in un altro non trova nulla
