aiuto schermata blu con scritte bianche

Buongiorno a tutti, ho un travelmate 5720 con windows xp.Ogni volta che avvio il pc o dopo alcuni secondi o alcuni minuti, compare una schermata blu con scritte bianche di errori incomprensibili e dopo alcuni secondi il pc si riavvia.Ho reinstallato il sistema operativo facendo la formattazione ogni volta.Ho provato anche differenti cd per l'installazione ma il problema persiste.A questo punto credo sia un problema di carattere hardware.L'ho mandato in assistenza, ma era senza scatola originale e mi hanno detto che poteva essere un problema(il fatto di non avere la scatola), comunque me l'hanno rispedito a casa dicendomi che non ha nessun problema, ma il problema invece c'è.Secondo me non l'hanno nemmeno aperto...Comunque, esiste un programma che faccia un controllo delle periferiche hardware e che magari riesca a trovare il componente non funzionante?Oppure consigli?

avvia il pc.
poco prima che appaia il logo di windows in caricamento, premi F8 con insistenza.
apparirà un menù, scegli di avviarlo "normalmente", premi invio e di nuovo F8 con insistenza subito dopo.
apparirà un secondo menù, scegli di non riavviare a schermata blu.
se è tutto "a posto" la schermata blu non farà riavviare il pc immediatamente, permettendoti di annotare da qualche parte il codice STOP 0x0.... e eventuali files descritti nell'errore.

Per vedere cosa ti causa questo problema, puoi andare anche in Visualizzatore eventi o da Start-Esegui, digitando eventvwr o eventvwr.msc e ok,
oppure da pannello di controllo/strumenti di amministrazione/Visualizzatore eventi.
Guarda in Applicazioni e in Sistema .

nuova situazione.
Ho riformattato e reinstallato il SO.Ho provato prima un W7 home basic ma arrivato al 99% dell'installazione si bloccava per un errore.Ho provato 3 volte l'installazione ma si bloccava sempre al 99% a causa di un errore.Allora ho provato a reinstallare XP, ma all'avvio dell'installazione mi è comparso un messaggio che mi avvertiva che non ho nessun hard disk sul pc.Visto che ho un HD da 120gb diviso in 2 partizioni, C(primaria) e D,ho eliminato quella primaria(c) e quindi D è diventata partizione primaria(almeno credo).A questo punto ho fatto partire l'installazione ed è andata a buon fine, al primo colpo.Ora credo che il problema sia nell'HD.E' possibile che sia guasta solo una parte dell'HD e cioè quella dove risiedeva il SO, probabilmente nei 60GB della partizione C che ho eliminato.Secondo voi?Ora in pratica è come se avessi un HD da 60gb.E' possibile trovare dove sia il problema e riuscire a recuperare qualche GB della partizione che ho eliminato?

Allora 2 errori in applicazioni e 4 in sistema .
Qualcuno di questi erori si dovrebbe risolvere con il comando sfc /scannow.
Lancialo da start/Esegui.
Prima di lanciarlo vai in gestione periferiche e vedi se hai dei punti esclamativi gialli (forse c'è qualcosa anche nella scheda video).

ciao e grazie.ho provato a lanciare il commando sfc /scannow, ma si apre una finestra dos per un millesimo di secondo e non accade niente.Riguardo i punti esclamativi, ne ho 2.
1 controller memoria di massa
2 dispositivo sconosciuto

Non sò cosa siano questi due dispositivi.Come faccio a sapere quali driver servono?
Secondo te potrebbe essere un componente hardware guasto, oppure se compaiono le finestre blù deve essere un problema di software?

Per recuperare dalla partizione del disco che non vedi prova un live qualsiasi di linux.

La partizione puoi cancellarla e ricrearla, o solo cancellarla e tieni solo una lettera, la C, se vuoi.

infatti ho fatto così

avevo 2 partizioni C (90Gb) e D (90Gb)
Ho eliminato la partizione C(perdendo i 90Gb)
ho reinstallato il SO su D che chiaramente è stato rinominato C

Ma il problema persiste
Subito sembrava tutto funzionare, ma sono ricomparse le schermate blù

Comunque ho già salvato tutto il salvabile, anche perchè finchè il pc non và in CRASH funziona benissimo.Solo può accadere dopo 10 sec. come dopo 30 min.
