basta ridurre l'avatar a 50 x 50 (o mettere 50 e fare la scalatura in automatico,così mantiene i rapporti
 e poi salvare in gif,che sono molto leggere

a) fai una copia del layer background b) cancelli il background originale (quello con il lucchetto) c) con la magic wand selezioni i 4 angoli bianchi o cmq l'area che vuoi rendere trasparente e poi premi canc sulla tastiera..dovresti ora vedere lo sfondo a quadretti bianchi e grigi (simbologia del "trasparente" d) salvi in GIF >bYeZ<
