Retrocompatibilità nVidia Kepler
Ciao raga ho visto l'annuncio delle nuove nvidia Kepler, vedendo la scheda tecnica ho notato che usano la connessione PCI Express 3.0, adesso mi è sorto un dubbio:
ma se volessi cambiare scheda video con una nuova serie 600, dovrei cambiare tutta la mobo? oppure è retrocompatibile con le vecchie PCI Express 2.0 e quindi posso tranquillamente tenermi quella che ho?

È compatibile, ma se vuoi sfruttare appieno una gtx 680 devi overclockareil tuo processore.

La compatibilità è garantita al 100% l'essere 3.0 compatible, non significa appunto che siano incompatibili con altre piattaforme, per altro la banda del pci express non si avvicina ancora a quei livelli
