Prova a pulirla bene e a mettere poi una goccia di lubrificante nel perno centrale (il foro per mettere il lubrificante dovrebbe essere sotto un adesivo.)

Lubrificante... io ho sempre uasto quello che usavo per la catena della bici, tanto sopra ci sta scritto universale
 Cmq sul retro della ventola c'è l'adesivo con i dati della stessa, se lo sollvei nel centro noti un foro, basta metter lì una goccia di lubrificante e rimettere l'adesivo.
