Malware che apre pubblicita' nel browser

Salve a tutti, scrivo per conto di un amico che ha un problema col suo portatile. Il portatile in questione e' un HP Pavilion 15-B028SL.

Da qualche tempo mi ha detto che ha problemi con la navigazione su internet (chrome, firefox). In particolare, di tanto in tanto, le pagine vengono redirezionate su siti di pubblicita' varie (cityadspix.com che poi redireziona a siti di pubblicita' di vario genere...)

Abbiamo gia provato con malware antibytes e YAC a fare diverse scansioni ma secondo questi programmi va tutto ok, ma il problema persiste!
