vmware 6 e xp

ho windows home e ho installato vmware workstation 6..ora vorrei installare windows xp professional su vmware! xp l'ho preso in prestito e messo su cd,mai aperto ma con cartelle setup ecc..poi quando clikko su start machine mi compare la schermata :

che significa tutto ciò?ho sbagliato nelle setting virtual machine alla voce cd.rom mettendo autodetected oppure E oppure usando iso image..?
dovrei avere l'originale di xp?
