Ogni tanto mentre navigo all'improvviso mi si avviano due file: winprise.exe e helpsvc.exe . Qualcuno mi sa dire che cosa sono?

C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\HelpSvc.exe is the Microsoft Help Center Service in Windows XP.......you should see this task running if you have Automatic Updates turned on.... if you are in the process of running a Windows Update, or you access the Windows XP Help,..this should stop once the Windows Update terminates and/or you exit the Windows XP Help. Microsoft fixed this with a patch.
