Delta Chrome will be out probably about the end of this year, and widely available around the start of next year. Either way it is likely that S3Graphics will not push this chip hard in the market place as with competition of nvidia and ati in every market segment from the:

nvidia chip, ATI chip
GFFX 5600, Radeon 9600
GFFX 5800, Radeon 9700
GFFX 5900, Radeon 9800

If it gains a foothold they will probably be satisfied with that, but I think people are jumping the gun a bit with a graphics chip that is effectively a precursor to an integrated motherboard chipset.
