Tplink archer d5 v1 errori e disconnessioni

Salve, ho il modem in questione che mi sta facendo impazzire.
In maniera molto casuale mi perde la linea e si riaggancia a bassissima velocità, per giorni mi tiene i 7 mega e poi all improvviso cade e devo per forza riavviare per far riallineare il segnale.

Ho chiamato innumerevoli volte infostrada ma mi dicono che il problema è a casa mia, ieri mi hanno fatto un test a impianto scarico ed è andato bene.

Ho anche notato nel log che mi da sempre questo errore: V2 igmp router occured! Not matching ours V3 ...ho disabilitato la funzione Enable IGMP Snooping in Network/Lan settings ma non è servito.
