Help WD Caviar Black 640

Ciao a tutti!
ho appena montato il pc nuovo e come HD ho un WD Caviar Black 640GB WD6401AALS, S.O. Win7 64, core i5 - 750, mb Asus P7P55D PRO. Vi allego il file log di HD Tune, credo che la modalità UDMA5 sia un po' poco.. Tra l'altro quando faccio partire l'utility della WD (WinDLG) mi da errore nel test: "Cable Test::Write sector error!"
secondo voi è normale?? o c'è bisogno di un cavo apposito??
