L'enigma delle due ram

Ciao a tutti,

sono un neofita e ho acquistato da poco un pc assemblato in un negozio (Scheda madre: ASUS P5KPL/1600 775 DDR2; Processore: INTEL C2D E7400 2.8 GHZ 3MB 775 BOX; Scheda grafica: GAINWARD BLISS GF 9500GT 1024 PCIE; CASE: ATX 3319-CA 600W), ma non riesco a risolvere un problema tecnico che sembra legato alle due RAM che ho acquistato (KIT TEAM ELITE DDRII 800 2x2GB)

Le ram funzionano quando le monto singolarmente, ma se le monto tutte e due il pc non si avvia, il monitor non riceve segnale ma la luce del pc rimane accesa.


Avete idea di che cosa ci possa essere che non va?
