riavvio improvviso del pc

bonjour!!
allora specifico ke io e il mio pc abbiamo un rapporto confittuale-.-.. cmq ho formattato da poco (e il pc ce l'ho nuovo da un mese) e non mi si accendeva più perchè mi mancava un file di sistema.. poi ho risolto rimettendo il disco di ripristino^^
comunque ora mi capita che mi si riavvii di punto in bianco e non mi sembra che si surriscaldi..
comunque da pannello di controllo mi dice questo:

che devo fare??

si ma nn capisco ke devo fare.. mi dice di fare questo:
To resolve this issue, add the service account to the "Impersonate a client after authentication" domain policy. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Click Start, click Run, type secpol.msc, and then click OK.
2. In the left pane, expand Local Policies, and then click User Rights Assignment.
3. In the right pane, double-click Impersonate a client after authentication.
4. Click Add User or Group.
5. Type service in the Enter the object names to select box, and then click OK two times.
6. Restart the computer.
