Benq DW 800A non masterizza piu DVD

Ciao a tutti raga !

Bene passati due mesi dall ultimo format in questo periodo mi ritrovo alla presa con dei nuovi DVD da preparare ma il mast mi ha fatto un simpatico scherzetto, insomma , mi masterizza solo CD e si rifiuta di masterizzare dvd.... aggiorno ASPI aggiorno Firmware ma il problema si oppone !

Rap di erro di scrittura porta quanto sotto... qualcuno puo darci un occhiata?

Sono sempre a dispo caso mai non è chiaro..
