nouveau: una piacevole sorpresa
Stanco dell'accrocchio proprietario della nvidia, che questa volta non ne voleva sapere di compilarsi con il kernel 2.6.24-rc6-git2 (maledetti driver chiusi
 ), ho deciso di dare una chance a nouveau.Scarico l'ultima versione da git, compilo, installo e scopro con mia piacevole sorpresa che il supporto 2D è già usabilissimo e non crea problemi di sorta. Sono molto veloci (sicuramente più degli nv) e non ci sono problemi a riprodurre filmati con i driver xv  L'ultimo cancro da debellare è rimasto flash: se solo youtube funzionasse con gnash+konqueror
