bluescreen quando arresto il sistema dovuto a ntoskrnl.exe: cosa devo fare?
ciao a tutti, ho un problema con un portatile asus, se lo utilizzo per molte ore di seguito e poi clicco su "arresta il sistema", il notebook non si spegne, dopo un bel pò di minuti esce una schermata blu e si riavvia in automatico. al riavvio mi esce l'avviso che windows è stato ripristinato in seguito ad un grave errore.
ho analizzato i file dump con il programma WhoCrashed e questo è il risultato: Codice:

Per la ram memtest86, per l'hd puoi vedere sul sito del costruttore del tuo hd dovrebbe esserci l'utility apposita

si l'ho letto, in pratica dice di fare una scansione antivirus e di controllare i processi in esecuzione di windows, ho controllato e questo programma non è in esecuzione, e ho fatto anche la scansione antivirus e nn ho trovato nessun virus

devi reinstallare ntoskrnl.exe in quanto il tuo è corrotto (rovinato)

la causa di tutto è quella installazione fallita... dovresti provare a scaricarla su cd e installarla da modalità provvisoria (se non riesci ad installare normalmente)
