bluescreen quando arresto il sistema dovuto a ntoskrnl.exe: cosa devo fare?

ciao a tutti, ho un problema con un portatile asus, se lo utilizzo per molte ore di seguito e poi clicco su "arresta il sistema", il notebook non si spegne, dopo un bel pò di minuti esce una schermata blu e si riavvia in automatico. al riavvio mi esce l'avviso che windows è stato ripristinato in seguito ad un grave errore.
ho analizzato i file dump con il programma WhoCrashed e questo è il risultato:

Per la ram memtest86, per l'hd puoi vedere sul sito del costruttore del tuo hd dovrebbe esserci l'utility apposita

essendo il mio hd un seagate momentus, ho scaricato dal sito il seagate tool, l'ho installato ma nn funziona...ci sono programmi alternativi?
potrebbe andare bene everest ultimate?

ho fatto la scansione del pc sia con avira antivir sia con malwarebytes anti malware e non ho trovato nessun virus, non ho capito di che programma si tratta, ho eseguito anche "gestione attività" e non risulta tra i programmi in esecuzione...questo problema di blue screen ce l'ho quando tengo il pc acceso per delle ore di seguito, non sempre..ma nn capisco se è un problema software o hardware

si l'ho letto, in pratica dice di fare una scansione antivirus e di controllare i processi in esecuzione di windows, ho controllato e questo programma non è in esecuzione, e ho fatto anche la scansione antivirus e nn ho trovato nessun virus

devi reinstallare ntoskrnl.exe in quanto il tuo è corrotto (rovinato)
penso tu possa scaricarlo gratis da microsoft

solo con memtest86 si può controllare la ram? perchè non riesco ad avviare il notebook tramite il cd creato con la iso di memtest 86...posso usare qualche programma a sistema operativo avviato? se si quale?

no purtroppo non sono riuscito ad installarlo, ho provato due volte ma l'installazione non si completava mai, e poi ho dovuto ripristinare il sistema

Prova a scollegare una ram alla volta, così vedi direttamente se parte allora era proprio quella, altrimenti puoi usare lo strumento di diagnostica memoria di windows o questo

la causa di tutto è quella installazione fallita... dovresti provare a scaricarla su cd e installarla da modalità provvisoria (se non riesci ad installare normalmente)

pure prima dell'installazione del service pack mi dava lo stesso problema, non credo sia questo...
