Wordpress con MySql e Apache

Ciao!
vorrei usare Wordpress e quindi ho installato MySql, Apache e Php.
Il problema è che su wp-config di Wordpress non so come riempire questi campi:

esattamente cosa devo scrivere?
se non mi ricordo username e password di MySql lo disinstallo e reinstallo?
