Mi hanno dato dei file video che non riesco ad aprire perchè non appena tento ciò con windows media player 10 mi si apre una pagina che mi informa che...

Fatto presente che cliccando su view compatible players mi si rimanda alla pagina di windows media player10, cosa che mi manda in depressione , e che comunque il media player 10 che ho installato è aggiornato, vorrei sapere perchè mi compare questa diavolo di scritta e cosa si debba fare per risolvere il problema
