Message from server: No work available (there was work but your computer doesn't have enough memory) <--- Così a occhio mi pare di capire che i ltuo computer non ha abbastanza memoria per elaborare le WU... ora bisogna capire se intente memoria RAM o spazio fisico su HD... Che configurazione hai? e l'HD come sta messo?

Si, dovrebbe trattarsi di mancanza di ram o spazio su disco. Controlla quanta ram hai allocata e lo spazio su disco rimanente, nel caso, modifica le impostazioni del tuo account relative all'occupazione della memoria

e' senz'altro un problema di spazio su disco rigido
io mio trovo sempre questo messaggio quando faccio
partire un host dalla pen-drive per uppare le wu lavorate.

approfitto di questo fatto per uppare senza downloadare

mi succede sempre di venerdi quando torno a casa
e uppo la raccolta di host in ufficio.

poi aspetto domenica sera, trasferiti gli host su HD del
pc, per downloadare, allo scopo di avere una deadline piu'
lontana possibile.

cangia anch'io ho avuto lo stesso problema.

Il problema però a me lo fa solo sui miei due PII con 2gb di HD.

Ho provato a modificare le mie impostazioni ma niente da fare.

Secondo me il problema è la RAM, non lo spazio sull'hard disk.

Il problema lo risolto scaricando le wu con un altro pc poi copio la cartella del BOINC!!!!!

raga... stesso problema... ma stavolta non combino a risolvere... ho cancellato la cartella del boinc, reinstallato, fatto spazio nell'hd, perfino copiato le wu ( scaricate con un altro pc ) a mano ... nulla ... stessa roba:
