Spedia fragatura documentata

Nel 1999 un mio amico mi convinse a sottoscrivere Spedia, lo usai veramente poco, un po' per scetticismo un po' perchè mi connettevo raramente con la possibilità di usarlo un po' perechè rallentava e crashava il sistema sovente. Dopo 4 anni ho raggiunto poco più di 30 dollari, poche settimane fa, OTTOBRE 2002 ho richiesto il pagamento così poi me lo levo dalle palle. Mi hanno subito chiuso l'account mandandomi un email con scritto che nel MAGGIO 2001 ho usato dei programmi per frodarli: i loro nomi sono IEXPLORE.EXE (il browser) e STARTER.EXE(il mixer della SoundBlaster) e MSGSVR32.EXE (un file di sistema win98)!!??

Se era una società seria mi avrebbe dovuto comunicare a MAGGIO 2001 di questi problemi, ma evidentemente così perdeva utilizzatori da mettere in conto ai suoi sponsor, buffoni!

Proprio un bel comportamento, mi sono fatto prendere per il culo per 4 anni! Sia per usare la barra che per ricevere le loro email.
Se c'è qualcun'altro che lo sta usato e aspetta di essere pagato consiglierei di mandargli una email per richiedere la propria condizione in modo da evitare brutte sorprese al momento di riscuotere.
State attenti, non perdete il vostro tempo/denaro.

We investigated your account and concluded that at this time we will not be able to reinstate your account. Unfortunately, it appears that you have used a software product that is prohibited to be used along with SpediaBar. Although, your concerns or explanations may be valid and sincere there is not an effective way to prove that you have used this software in an error and/or without knowing our company policy
and/or someone other than yourself has abused our policy.

Since we can not conclusively prove that all the facts are correct, we can not establish a solid ground to reinstate your account.

Spedia apologizes for this outcome and the inconvenience it may have caused you. We understand your concerns, but we hope that you understand ours as well. Spedia has a huge membership of millions of users. In order to provide consistent service to our members we must provide a normal operating environment for our
business, to protect our members as well as advertisers. If we do not establish clear operational guidelines and lock all accounts that we believe abuse our
policy we will loose our relationships with both members and advertisers, and ultimately go out of business.

We hope that you will accept this letter as an official explanation of the reasons behind our decisions.

Spedia has a strict procedure to finalize all account locks. Once a month
our tech staff reviews all recently locked accounts and performs reinstatement
procedures if required. If and when you account is reinstated you will be notified via email.

· XYZ.exe - Name of Spedia Cheat Program. Some cheat programs may have names
that are similar to common Windows software programs but carry the signature
and/or the functionality of known Spedia Cheat programs.
· Session Level/Core Generated Abuse - You have actively used SpediaBar
for over 24 consecutive hours and/or have demonstrated Cheat Program browsing
patterns and/or support a number of referrals that have used Cheat Programs. · Abuse of Spedia Games - Usage of Spedia Games Cheat Programs and/or Game Emulators. · Security Key/Server Level Abuse - Usage of Spedia Emulation software. · Action Level Abuse - SpediaBar usage deviations, such as extremely high click
volumes, extremely high number of advertising requests, extremely high number of
banner rejections, deviation in SUF factor.
· Referral System Abuse - You have referred a large number of users that have abused
our system. This type of account lock is usually a result of self-referring. · Multiple Active Accounts - You have registered multiple active accounts under your
name. Multiple active accounts per single user in ONE program are not permitted.
You may register ONE account.
· Invalid User Data - You have registered profile that contains invalid account data.
All Spedia members are required to provide valid information including valid
member name, address, and email address.



All audit procedures are fully computerized and do not involve human efforts. Due to the large number of Spedia members all systems audits are perfomed on small
samples of member groups including but not limited to all Spedia members that
have requested payments. That is the reason most of system abuse auditing is
done upon the completion of our payment request procedures.

Bei vecchi tempi! Ho sentito spesso questo problema.
Io invece sono uno degli eletti e mi hanno pagato, prova a rompergli un po'...
