Il marvell per funzionare al meglio deve ovviamente lavorare in modalità turbo e ha qualche problemino a gestirsi i random write.. però nell'uso reale è molto vicino alla soluzione nativa di AMD e la banda è sfruttata comunque meglio di un sata2.0.

Ha, ha, ha, non disperare, a me deve ancora arrivare.
Il Thread l'ho aperto sabato!
TouchBios mi pare un'utility molto interessante per accedere al bios direttamente da Windows in modo semplice e veloce senza doverlo fare al boot. Nei video di presentazione fanno vedere come si risolve il classico problema del passaggio da un'installazione in modalità Legacy ad una AHCI o RAID grazie a questa utility in modo semplice. Anche per OC è molto utile.
Lucidlogix VIRTU ovviamente è da provare se installi anche una scheda video discreta. In alcune recensioni descrivono questa scheda come la migliore mainstream di seconda generazione per risparmio energetico in idle e carico, anzi, testualmente, la prima che hanno provato con chipset Z68 in grado di andare in stato di idle profondo come previsto dalle specifiche Intel senza alcun tipo di problema.

On/Off Charge la installi se usi il pc come caricabatterie per dispositivi usb anche da spento.
@Bios serve per aggiornare il bios da windows e io la metterei.
Le altre utility di smart-qualcosa vanno verificate a seconda della configurazione che hai, se ci sono SSD etc. Con dischi normali non so se vale la pena di metterle tutte.

P.S.: anche a me comunque, arriverà sta settimana e non l'ho ancora vista.

Si, si scherzavo, il discorso del risparmio energetico mi interessa ma so che Gigabyte e avanti da anni ad esempio sui proci è quella chon le schede più downltabili quindi ottimo.

Ho dovutop togliere l'hD di dati da questo controller adesso uso solo chipset intel, spero sia questo che mi corrompeva il disco dell'SO

Installata la scheda e operativa.
Adesso devo capire come mai le memorie a 1600 funzionano a 1333 di default... e il chip spd non viene rispettato.
Il bios non l'ho ancora aggiornato.
Anche a me un'unità ottica non è vista e stamattina lo riapro per verificare la cavetteria e le connessioni che non si siano mosse.
Come hai disposto gli hd sui connettori?
Mi pareva di aver letto da qualche parte che sul marvell non si potevano installare unità ottiche.

Sì mi sa che il marvell gestisce solo hd. Ho aggiornato all'ultimo bios e mi sembra vada bene. Ho anche cambiato il moltiplicatore della memoria e adesso va a 1600.
