chiamare un numero verde è gratuito anche dal cellulare o solo da fisso?

Dipende.
Per esempio il numero dell'enel, che è verde, se fatto dal cell si paga la chiamata. Certi numeri non accettano proprio la chiamata dal cell. Ti dovresti informare volta per volta. |

teoricamente il messaggio informativo all'inizio, così anche per le tipologie di numeri a valore aggiunto (gli odiati prefissi per intenderci) dovrebbe essere gratuito... poi ci sono alcuni n. verdi raggiungibili da cell e altri no: dipende dalla scelta del fornitore
