Hai la mdk 9, vero?
Apri il programma rpmdrake e installa il pacchetto libqt3-devel. Dovrebbe essere proprio della versione 3.0.3 o superiore, controlla. Torna nella shell, esegui export QTDIR=/usr/lib/qt3 Ritenta il configure, ora dovrebbe funzionare.

NO! FERMO! non va bene quello.
_c'è_ per forza, forse è stato già installato. Prova a cercare "qt3", magari ha un altro nome. Inoltre, controlla se è già stato installato (lo puoi fare con il programma kpackage).

Hai capito il principio? Per ogni libreria, ci sono due pacchetti: uno è il binario normale, la libreria vera e propria, usato dagli altri programmi; l'altro è il pacchetto -devel, che ti serve per _compilare_ sulla tua macchina i programmi che usano quel determinato programma/libreria. Se ri-apri rpmdrake e cerchi "devel", vedrai una marea di pacchetti di questo tipo Ti servono gli header di kde? poco male, installa kdebase-devel e kdelibs-devel. Se avrai bisogno di altri pacchetti "devel" ora sai come procedere.

Mentre installavo i pacchetti mi ha chiesto il cd come /dev/scd o qualcosa di simile, che sia questo il percorso di mount?

no dentro /dev ci stanno dei file speciali che il kernel e gli altri programmi utilizzano per accedere ai vari dispositivi del computer. ad esempio /dev/scd0 dovrebbe essere, se non ricordo male, il primo cdrom scsi oppure un cdrom ide con l'emulazione scsi. di solito i punti di mount stanno dentro a /mnt anche se è possibile montare un dispositivo dove si vuole.

il compilatore non trova il file cdda_interface.h se non ricordo male dovrebbe essere nel packetto devel di cdparanoia |
