Ho letto (su alcuni siti tedeschi,quindi spero di aver capito bene...) che è in commercio il nuovo modello LG 4167B con supporto al Lightscribe e seguenti caratteristiche :

Il prezzo dovrebbe oscillare da 78 e 100 Euro .

ma il supporto al lightscribe è possibile averlo anche su altri masterizzatori? è una questione di firmware?

Temo di no.Il lightscribe implica : 1) Masterizzatore 'certificato' ,2)Supporti adatti,3) Software

Non ho ,purtroppo,avuto nessun indizio che un cambio di firmware sia sufficiente a rendere compatibile Lightscribe un masterizzatore...anzi ho sentito il contrario (cioè che non è possibile)

Certo che almeno con questa release potevano alzare la velocità di lettura dei +R e -R
