questa è la mail che mi hanno inviato ma non sono sicuro che sia veramente da parte di play.com anche se credo che sia possibile, voi che dite???

forse sono stati loro per davvero invece ad inviarmi quella mail dato che controllando, poco fa mi risulta davvero on hold il mio account da loro

Piuttosto che inviare il mio numero di carta per fax mi creo un altro profilo su Play.com.

Supponi anche che la mail sia genuina: tu invii il fax. Il fax lo riceve uno dei tanti dipendenti "lazzaroni". Questo si segna il tuo numero di carta e poi ...

Mai spedire per fax o per E-Mail il proprio numero di carta di credito, non esiste proprio. Creati un'altro account piuttosto.

e poi una volta che hai il numero di carta di uno ci fai quello che vuoi, no?
Tipo comprare qualunque cosa su internet.

Secondo te perchè non dò mai la mia carta ad un cameriere al ristorante ma la consegno di persona solo al cassiere?

A parte il fatto che anche se non dai la carta di credito al cameriere basta memorizzare i dati della carta e il cassiere puo' fare acquisti online.

Il mio consiglio per evitare qualunque problema anche all'estero e' di usare le carte prepagate, in ogni caso quello che ti possono rubare e' quello che hai in quel momento sulla carta.

Più che altro il numero di fax non corrisponde, addirittura è di un'altra città.
Le email di play sono tutte non "personali" ma qualcosa tipo:

[email protected]
[email protected]
ecc

Quindi io non mi fiderei proprio, mettiamo il caso che sia una truffa, probabilmente conosce il tuo account (tanto da vedere lo stato del tuo ordine) se gli dai anche i dati della crta di credito.. quello ci può comperare 100 giochi a tuo nome..

Piuttosto manda email alle caselle ufficiali di play.com.

si era la loro mi era stata spedita da [email protected] che effettivamente c'e sul loro sito.


la cosa strana era quel indirizzo con nome personale quel [email protected] era quello che mi fece venire seri dubbi, ma dato che ora il mio account a seguito della mail ricevuta di conferma è attivo credo sia tutto a posto ora il numero della mia carta comunque non lo ho spedito a nessuno
