1 differenza tra Java e Python: help non capisco che vuol dire!!

sto scrivendo delle differenze tra java e python, documentandomi leggendo un pò di recensioni (  ), ma non riesco a capire:che significano i due termini: punts e wraps???? a tal proposito chiedo anche... cos'è un wrapper??? ad esempio per programmare in python sotto windows uso Pythonwin e nell'help lo definisce un wrapper per python sotto windows... che significa?? grazie 1000
