Ho notato che alcune 6600gt hanno le ram ddr3. Quello che nn specificano però è se siano a 128 bit o a 256. Qualcuno mi sa dire di più?

tutte a 128bit. alcune sono a 1.6ns altre a 2ns altre forse a 2.6ns (più il valore è basso meglio è)
