problemi con tastiera senza fili

Ciao a tutti,
ho un problema con una tastiera wireless della itek che
incorpora pure il mouse.
Il problema in sintesi è che se la collego ad un pc funziona, su di un altro no. O meglio la keyboard funziona ma il mouse non si muove.
Il pc che da rogne ha una scheda madre con chipset sis. Più precisamente è un minicombi (scheda madre + case) barebone.
Sulla confezione della tastiera c'è scritto che è plug and play
e ho pensato subito ad un problema di settaggio nel bios o di drivers in xp. Ma non saprei come intervenire.
Chi mi da suggerimenti ??

If you have Windows Xp, at bootup, press the F8 key and select Safe Mode.
In Device Manager, navigate to the keyboard\mouse devices and Delete them.
Reboot the computer and Windows should redetect both and install the generic Drivers.

If the devices work in Safe Mode, then you need the correct Drivers in order to be able to work in regular Windows mode.

Note: I do not know how you say "Safe Mode" in the Italian version of Windows. Protetto, Modalita' Provvisoria or Mortadella?
