Sono riuscito a bloccarli ma non riesco ad eliminarli!!! HELP

mentre navigo mi aprono delle pagine da sole ma non si caricano...probabilenmnte perchè il sygate le blocca....
La schermata dice così:

In che meandro del pc si sono intrufolati che riesco a trovarli, ho provato con ad-ware 6 pro ma niente....
Cacchio ho modificato perchè ora funziona ed ho visto che è un sito porno!!!

funge solo se scrivo l'url in un'altra finestra...le finestre continuano ad aprirsi....
