ciao a tutti ho installato il sp2...ecc ma xkè dopo 10 minuti che navigo nn riesco + ad entrare in nessun sito e mi esce il sito www.perfectnav.com?

Manual removal
Please follow the instructions below if you would like to remove PerfectNav manually.
Please notice that you must follow the instructions very carefully and delete everything that is mentioned.
In most cases the removal will fail if one single item is not deleted.
If PerfectNav remains on your system after stepping through the removal instructions, please double-check by stepping through them again.

   1. Start the registry editor. This is done by clicking Start then Run. (The Run dialog will appear.) Type regedit and click OK. (The registry editor will open.)
   2. Delete 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE \ Classes \ CLSID \ {A045DC85-FC44-45be-8A50-E4F9C62C9A84}', if it exists.
   3. Delete 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE \ Classes \ CLSID \ {0428FFC7-1931-45b7-95CB-3CBB919777E1}', if it exists.

   5. Delete 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE \ Classes \ CLSID \ {00D6A7E7-4A97-456f-848A-3B75BF7554D7}', if it exists.
   6. Delete 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer\Browser Helper Objects \ {A045DC85-FC44-45be-8A50-E4F9C62C9A84}', if it exists.
   7. Delete 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer\Browser Helper Objects \ {0428FFC7-1931-45b7-95CB-3CBB919777E1}', if it exists.
   8. Delete 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer\Browser Helper Objects \ {0428FF28-6329-4B65-7068-79722E636F6D}', if it exists.
   9. Delete 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer\Browser Helper Objects \ {00D6A7E7-4A97-456f-848A-3B75BF7554D7}', if it exists.
  10. Exit the registry editor.
  11. Restart your computer.
  12. Start Windows Explorer and delete:
      %ProgramsDir%\PerfectNav\
      Note: %ProgramsDir% is a variable (?). By default, this is C:\Program Files.
  13. Start Microsoft Internet Explorer.
  14. In Internet Explorer, click Tools -> Internet Options.
  15. Click the Programs tab -> Reset Web Settings.

Ciao,
io ho risolto cosi:
ho disinstallato dal pannello di controllo in windows firewall e per finire ho disabilitato il fastidiosissimo (parere personale) blocco popup che trovi negli strumenti.
anche io prima avevo questo problema e da allora nn me lo ha piu fatto.

PerfectNav e' uno strumento installato sul computer dal programma di scambio di file Kazaa. La sua rimozione richiede un intervento manuale sul registro di Windows, sconsigliato ai meno esperti. Lo sviluppatore stesso mette pero' a disposizione un programma che dovrebbe rimuovere automaticamente l'ospite indesiderato: http://www.perfectnav.com/uninstall.cfm. Una quantita' di informazioni in inglese sull'argomento si trovano su http://www.kephyr.com/spywarescanner...v/index.phtml. Il sito. La comunita' online di Msn ha raccolto un lungo elenco di spyware, adware e altre pesti "dirottatrici" (hijacker, in inglese) che puo' tornare molto utile a tutti: http://groups.msn.com/CommunityFeedb...=2&sortstring=
