problemi con il newsreader Fortè Agent

Da qualche giorno a questa parte tutti i msg che leggo sono preceduti dalle loro "caratteristiche tecniche":

Così devo andare tutte le volte in basso a cercarmi il messaggio. Fino a qualche giorno fa compariva soltanto il msg. Come mai questo cambiamento? Cosa devo fare per ripristinare la situazione precedente?

Quale versione usi di Agent ? Quella a pagamento o quella gratis ?
quale release numerica ?

Probabilmente hai attivato la "Raw view" senza accorgertene. Non uso più Agent da un bel pezzo, ma credo che l'opzione stia nel menù "message".
