dovrebbero essere frequenze di clock fissate... ad esempio cpu o agp..
quando una MB non ha i fix cosa succede aumentando l' fsb.. metti da 133 a 166... che ad esempio se l' agp è ottenuto come fsb/2 , passa da 66 a 83... il fix in tal caso permetterebbe di alzare solo l' fsb senza mandare fuori specifiche l' agp , rischiando instabilità
