Problema masterizzazione dvd

Ciao a tutti...possiedo da poco un masterizzatore dvd lg 4082.
per masterizzare i film in dvd partendo das un dvd originale utilizzo un programma che si chiama dvd Shrink.
Una volta che lo passa sul hd mi richiede in autmatico il dvd vergine lo inserisco e poco dopo (mi scrive un pò) mi dà questo errore:

Che significa???

La riga preoccupante è "focus or tracking error": significa che il tuo DVD-W non riesce a focalizzare il laser sulla spirale-guida di cui si compone il supporto. Prova a cambiare supporto. Se la cosa dovesse ripetersi con supporti di marche diverse, temo che il dev sia guasto.
