attenzione...
se la pagina viene ri- alterata a ogni riavvio, può voler dire che c' è qualcosa di estraneo nel registro, magari dalle parti di HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run... a me successe di avere uno spy rognoso, praticamente in due parti... anche eliminando con lo scanner o l' antivirus quella riconosciuta, a causa della chiave di registro veniva ricreata ed eseguita l' altra, che alteraav la start page e faceva altri casini... nel mio caso, c' erano delle altre cose da cancellare a mano, o in \winnt\ o in \winnt\system32\ o nella root del c: ... e per la start page, era meglio settare a mano le chiavi in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main

infatti... per la cronaca, nel mio caso c' erano due file complementari.. la msconfd.dll (da non confondere con msconf.dll, che è di win) in \system32 e un altro file eseguibile creato dalla prima che cambiava nome ogni volta...
